This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for costume rental and purchase orders.

1. General Policy Overview

Our products are available for Rental and Purchase, and return rules differ accordingly.

Customers are requested to carefully check product details, size, accessories, and event date before confirming the order.

2. Rental Orders – Return Policy

Return Timeline

  • Costumes must be returned on or before the agreed return date
  • Delay in return will attract late charges per day

Condition of Items

  • Costumes must be returned in the same condition as provided
  • All accessories must be returned together

Not Allowed

  • Washing, cutting, stitching, or any permanent alteration
  • Damage due to misuse, stains, or mishandling

Charges Applicable

  • Late return charges
  • Damage or missing item charges
  • Cleaning charges (if costume returned in poor condition)

3. Purchase Orders – Return Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Major defect or damage at the time of delivery

Return Time Window

  • Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Not Eligible for Return

  • Size issues (if correct size was provided as per order)
  • Minor color or design variation
  • Change of mind after delivery

4. Exchange Policy

Exchange may be possible only in limited cases:

  • Size exchange (subject to availability)
  • Product exchange for valid issues

Customer must inform within 24 hours, and approval depends on stock availability.

5. Refund Policy

Rental Orders

  • No refund after:
    • Order preparation
    • Dispatch
    • Pickup

Purchase Orders

  • Refund is processed only in case of:
    • Approved return due to defect or wrong item

Refund Mode

  • Refund will be processed via original payment method or agreed alternative

Processing Time

  • 5 to 7 working days after approval

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before preparation or dispatch
  • Once order is prepared, packed, or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

7. Bulk Orders (Schools / Events)

  • Bulk orders are non-refundable once prepared
  • Minor variation in color, design, or stitching may occur in bulk production
  • One coordinator should handle communication for bulk orders

8. Important Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

  • Check size, quantity, and accessories before confirmation
  • Verify delivery address and event date
  • Inform any issue within the defined time
