Rental Orders

Rental charges are non-refundable once booking is confirmed
Refunds are applicable only if:

Order is cancelled by us due to unavailability
Full payment is received but service is not provided

Purchase Orders

Refunds are processed only after returned item passes quality inspection
Refunds are credited to the original payment method
Refund processing may take 5–7 working days

Security Deposit (If Applicable)

Refundable security deposit is returned after costume inspection
Deductions may apply in case of damage or loss
