Return Policy – Fancy Dress Jaipur
Due to the nature of fancy dress costumes, our return policy is as follows:
Rental Orders
- Rental costumes cannot be returned after use
- Costume must be checked at the time of pickup or delivery
- Any issue must be reported immediately
Purchase Orders
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in original condition
- Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Return approval is subject to inspection
Non-Returnable Items
- Used costumes
- Customized or altered costumes
- Accessories once delivered
